On-Site Sewage Management Systems & Regulations

Join us at North Georgia Technical College's Clarkesville campus for the Real Estate CEU Course that will examine the impact of the on-site industry on residential development and real estate practices. 

Course Objectives: 

Equip realtors with a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between realtors and their clients, focusing on wastewater treatment systems and their influence on land and property during due diligence. 

Facilitate the application of state rules and regulations as they pertain to real estate transactions, including bedroom classification, interpretation of soil reports, and comprehension of "as built" documentation (County Environmental Health approval when an existing system is present).
